The GCF promotes a safe and harmonious workplace that is free from harassment. All members of the Fund should be able to detect, prevent, and report harassment. However, harassment is sometimes difficult to identify and can take many different forms. Also, it is oftentimes the case that GCF personnel is not aware of the method(s) for reporting potential harassment and/or the mechanisms available for resolving conflict. This webinar intends to address the above issues through an engaging online session, covering the principal concepts, definitions, and processes relating to harassment within the GCF’s framework.
